?Question?

Does anyone have a recipe for a creamy polenta?  Or any polenta dish that they really like for that matter?

    Funny enough, Rachel Grier Burgeon just sent me a couple to check out... Or rather the names of a couple that will be in a cookbook I just requested at the library. I'll let you know when I get them/ try them!
